Simple step-by-step fitting instructions

Ensure the damaged area around where the pipe is to be repaired
is free of dirt, grease and excess moisture.

Remove wing nut and black anchor bar from the Gripp clamp.

Remove wing nut and black anchor bar from the Gripp clamp. Pull the bolt away to open up the body of the clamp.

Fit the Gripp clamp over the pipe.

Fit the Gripp clamp over the pipe, ensuring that the damaged area is fully covered by the rubber seal.

Push the bolt back into place and replace the anchor bar.

Push the bolt back into place and replace the anchor bar.

Screw on the wing nut and tighten.

Screw on the wing nut and tighten as much as possible
by hand.

Check for leaks, realign and tighten further if required.

If there is seepage remove Gripp clamp, check for obstructions to seal and repeat process.
